Many families begin interviewing doulas during the second trimester, but there is no perfect week. Reaching out earlier gives us more time to build trust and prepare; reaching out later is still worthwhile whenever availability allows.

Yes. I offer personalized virtual support for families seeking prenatal education, birth-plan preparation, one-on-one guidance, and compassionate support from a distance. No. A doula supports the relationship already in the room. I can help your partner know what to try, provide breaks and reassurance, and make it easier for them to stay emotionally present with you.

Absolutely. Positioning, emotional support, rest, communication, and navigating changes in the plan remain valuable with an epidural. Doula care is not tied to one particular kind of birth.

Support can still be meaningful before, during when the facility permits, and after a cesarean. We can prepare questions, discuss family-centered preferences, support your partner, and help with the first hours of recovery and feeding.

I do not diagnose, perform clinical tasks, or make decisions for you. I help you understand general information, clarify your own questions, communicate your wishes, and work constructively with your medical team.

You contact me as soon as you think labor may be starting. We stay in touch by phone while you decide when in-person support would be most helpful. Once active support begins, I remain through the birth and immediate postpartum period.

A $250 deposit reserves your due date. Monthly payments are welcome, and the remaining balance is due by the birth. We agree on the schedule together at signing.
